I just recently watched Otaku No Video and found it as a pretty good and interesting look at Otaku culture at the time. I know that there are different anime that represent Otaku Culture per decade 2000s (Genshiken), 2010s (Arguably Oreimo), and 2020s (Magical Destroyers). I wanted to ask if anyone has more recommendations.

2020s otaku culture is interesting, because it's basically split. the old guard otaku like old anime, visual novels, moe, and such. they basically feel targeted because of new moral standards like anti-loli, posers who seek otaku as a status symbol, etc. you can see this feeling represented in magical destroyers. another 20s anime of old guard is 16bit sensation for visual novel otaku. the new otaku are interested in gacha/mobile games (though these are popular among old guard too), isekai, vtubers, and such. the recent movie chou kaguya-hime was a good representation of the new otaku culture, it is a more fantasy setting than the other titles in your list though. There are also a lot of people who overlap new and old or who have changed, this can be seen in isekai ojisan.

The album is the story of a Colonel Tom Parker-type character called Mr. X, who finds a pair of conjoined twins who have miraculous healing powers. He convinces them to let him manage their careers, touring them as holy healers and conducting services during which they cure the masses. Mr. X begins to lust after the "female" twin, then realizes that the twins' sexes are fluid rather than fixed. When he discovers that the twins are far more worldly than he had believed, and therefore less under his control, he plots a vicious rape in which he severs the connection between the two, splitting them forever. In the denouement, he realizes that his feelings for the twins were not being imposed on him by the twins, but came from within himself.

"Old" is a descriptor. Old what, exactly? Is it about your body? Sure, it is getting older. Are you, the mind (and also soul if you accept frameworks that allow for those) also getting old? Answer that to yourself.
And while you're at it, try to help people who have seen fewer decades so far. There is much talk about generations this or generations that online, and aside from algorithm-made spam and flood there is some small kernel of truth - but the phenomenon is also caused by algorithms and greedy cynical men who control the machines the algorithms run on. You or I can't do much individually but perhaps even little things we can do can, as a whole, be a sufficient counterweight to the evil being caused by machines controlled by malicious individuals. Or are you too old for this?
