When embedding a flash in a board other than /f/ (e.g. /b/), the space allocated for the flash is a square, even if the flash doesn't have a square aspect ratio.

For example, a wide flash will be allocated a square space like in the picture. The flash will only be played in between the bars, looking ugly. But it gets worse. Some parts of the flash will be played outside of the bars, outright breaking some flashes.

It's a limitation of the board software, but also deliberate - it would be a significant amount of work to implement, and it wouldn't really add anything besides making the place look & feel more like an 8chan offshoot

I think the UniCon Latvia anon is a good example of this, an otherwise fun poster who made a small mistake, it was politely discussed with them & the issue was resolved and fun was had.

I think that thread is also a good example of how politely discussing this kind of issue with the user is more often a better way to go about it than a thread on /q/. But I agree that silence isn't the answer, and that it probably does warrant a thread on /q/.

And if the feeling surrounding those words/phrases turns out to not a be a consensus among Heyurizen's (like with "ENORMOUS COCK") I'm genuinely happy to here about how they can be used in a fun & creative manner and discuss that (again like with "ENORMOUS COCK") but I'm not holding my breath.

I am standing in line, waiting - I am not sure what i am waiting for. But i know i been in teh quee for a long time. Almost too long it seems at times. Hey anons, I just heard about this documentary called Passion Despair (2011), and it seems very relevant to our interests. It's about a Swiss photographer who lives in Moldova where he takes NN pics of young girls. Eventually he marries one of his models when she turns 17. The film explores his work, its audience, and the morality of it etc.

Sadly it might be lost media, or is at least very hard to find and could be lost soon. It was shown at a film festival and was possibly never released on DVD. A reviewer on IMDB said that they managed to find it online in 2020, and some forum posts from 2012 discussed it, and someone uploaded it. So it was available on the internet at one point. I've spent a few hours searching for it, and all I've gotten are some dead torrents, and links to websites like ex-load that supposedly have downloads for it but you need a paid account.

If anyone has a paid ex-load or daofile account, I could post the links I found... but I doubt anyone does. I found another link from a NN forum which lets you download without signing up, but when I try to it says there are no free slots in my region and that I need to try again later. ヽ(´ー｀)ノ If anyone would like to try, here it is: https://upstore.net/2ipcUS5

Well, I had another go at searching through pages and pages of yandex results for a download. I did find a German GL forum discussing it, and one guy said he paid for one of the premium download sites to get it and that worked.

You could probably get it pretty quickly if you're willing to spend the money. I'd use a virtual credit card if you're going to do that though...
