I've decided to making a personal website again, to blog, link to sites I run or like, and I am going to use a 2channel inspired theme. Will also use neocities because I am a broke hikikomori and I cannot afford to host another website right now (I have imageboard related projects that would come first if I could).

What are you interested in? As much as I approve of making a personal website no matter what your end goal is, it would probably be for the best if you thought of some things like:
"What do I want to share with the world?"
"What did I wish existed on the internet that isn't there already?"
"What do I feel like I can't already do on other sites?"
And then you can branch out from there. You might be constrained in your ability to do some of those things at first, but do what you can!:pata: CSS and the like is cool, but it's whatever your niche interests are that really make people stick around.
