In fact the first time I stumbled upon Heyuri I thought it was a site created by /jp/ oldfags. I kinda want a videogames board but then I realized I barely play anything anymore. 99% of my playtime in the last month was Beatmania, and I'm pretty sure I've put in like 3-4h into it tops in that time period
I do like those "while you were wasting your life on the Internet, I beat ____" threads that were on /b/, that did get me to play more games
so the real way to get game discussion going is to just talk about games you're playing rather than needing a whole ass board for it

a NEET board would just be a refuge for people who literally contribute nothing
any one who is NEET and does something worth talking about has the existing boards already to do so on

Its probably one of the few bareable boards on that write off of a site. Its not great but still vastly superior to most 4chan boards. 4chan nowadays is just unbelievably boring and filled with racist political retards. Pick a popular board, take a look at the catalog, there's nothing worth replying too. Its all low quality ragebait, low quality racebait or political whining. On any given day, there will be a couple decent threads on [s4s] which is more than you can say for the rest of 4chan.
