I hope this doesn't come across as an attempt at shilling something.
I just heard about this mobile application called "Randonautica" that supposedly uses magic quantum randomness woo woo to find random locations near your area that are related to your "intentions" or something.

Of course, this is Heyuri, so what does a modern mobile app have to do with old net culture?

Essentially, the urban legends and mystery surrounding it seem like the kind of stuff 2ch/old 4chan would eat right up. As far as rumors go, an interesting one is that the service gets its information from a dark web site. And aside from rumors, there's been a confirmed case where a group of people stumbled across the bodies of a murdered couple.

Have any other Heyurizens used this? I don't know what to make of this, it almost seems like something out of some shonen anime or manga.

The default font on /vote/ does not support alternative text (see pic) which makes some polls hard to use without manually changing the text. Could the default font or a new style be edited to allow it?

Isn't it because the vote script itself is using something like ISO-8859-1 character encoding internally instead of UTF-8 when generating the results images?

It would probably be best to rewrite the script to use HTML/CSS instead of images, but changing the character encoding may or may not be simpler

Stage 3 - Didn't Stop To Think If They Should:
Implement thread auto-update feature so users can see new posts in fast-moving threads in real time on the most popular bulletin boards without having to manually refresh or risk threads expiring before the latest replies are seen (4chan/futaba + extensions is here)

Stage 4 - LOL MY BRAIN A STOOPIDZ:
Be a n00b and/or retarded, start treating reply threads on every bulletin board as if they're entire boards/chatrooms in and of themselves, prop threads up for days/weeks/months(/years!!!) until they have hundreds of replies each (most of which have nothing to do with the original post), expect them to be recreated once they're expired, ask others to do the same (OP is here)
