White petal falling = loss of innocence
As is "single red rose plucked by force" (could also be taken to refer to a nipple being tugged)


"Face area heavily damaged, nape slightly damaged, Right thigh area lost" etc. could be a very vague way of illustrating which body parts are being teased (nape area is back of neck, so could be a hickey on back of neck, and right thigh area could be hand snaking up to meet manko).

The scene of two bears(?) sumo wrestling is also a metaphor for sex, as "wrestling" is sometimes used as a term for sex (usually in the sense of explaining to kids who don't know what their mommy and daddy do every night. Once again this hearkens back to the symbolic innocence with the flower).

"Pheromone energy in entire body at 120 percent!" is self explanatory. The accompanying image of a spilled glass of milk is a metaphor for VAGINAl fluid spilling out - "getting wet". Or could be symbolic of milk leaking out of nipples.

The steam engine pistons followed by the tank firing, and building crashing are a representation of the girl getting hotter and hotter until finally, the climax comes. Ejaculation. Which is represented by the tank cannon firing its "load", then the building coming down is the girl coming down from her high.

Lastly, bringing it all full circle, the white petal flowing down the river symbolizes the girl losing the last vestige of her innocence, virginity and whatever else is covered by "all sorts of things at once".
