There's a newly launched baseball-themed game on Heyuri★CGI! It's called Gekikuukan Powerful League 2 (Gekipawa), and you can play it here: https://cgi.heyuri.net/gekipawa2/

The gameplay is similar to Battle Royale-R - first make a team, then compete against other players' teams, and see if u can come out on top at the end of teh season

This is one of the classic CGI games, being first released in 2001, and it still has people on teh Japanese web playing it today. It's a fairly simple game at its core, but I've added quite a few mods & enhancements that were popular back in teh day (plus a few of my own)

Idea: when the next season starts increase the limits a bit for training camp and new teams. There could be 210 total points instead of 200, two stats could be raised to 10 instead of just one, four or five stats could be raised to 9, and players could have up to 29 points instead of 28. If there's some progression like that maybe this CGI game won't die as fast as most of the others.

Some instances do/did have some form of progression, but the only "guide" I found to implement anything like that was super vague and incomplete - a case of "draw the rest of the fucking owl" :dark:

...that being said, Gekipawa did lead to subsequent games being made that do have progression elements - one of which I'd been working on at the same time as this. Don't expect it any time soon though :sweat2:
