Yeah, i've played every gen in order up to this point and it has only become more boring each time.

It doesn't help that the distribution of sinnoh pokemon is very poor. I set a rule for myself that i'd only use a team of pokemon native to the region, and i really had to scratch to complete a cool team this time. I guess the first unova games already solve that on their own, and B2/W2 have the coolest distribution specially in the early game.

It's also very boring to find literally the same pokemon in caves and sea every single gen. They could've at least changed them with regional equivalents, because 4 games straight of encountering geodudes, zubats, tentacool and magikarps is brutal

I'm just going through each gen and decided to play the original releases instead of third versions. Platinum is just a polished version. If you go into the trouble of comparing them head to head then Plt is better, but it doesn't really matter in broad terms

i lost 8kg in 2-3months, worked out like 5-6 times a week, mostly str training 2 not lose muscle. + running. I only ate chicken and rice and cut around 500cal a day. It's easy once u put ur mind to it. Getting back to it a lot harder and i already gained back 2kg

I do count my calories, but estimate if i go above is hard truthfully. I only go by my Garmin Watch that counts active calories. I usually burn around 300-500 by being active during the day. I also own the Garmin index scale so it's quite useful to see all my stats in a app to see the changes.

i sold my watch because most of my activity comes from a treadmill under a standing desk. watches dont count steps if you dont swing your arms and mine are on keyboard shitposting heyuri

It's terrible and got bad reviews everywhere, so i really dont trust it. It says i am around 13-14% and it could be accurate as i do see a lot of veins in my arms etc. I would guess i am around 15-17%. But its still good in a way that i can see uptrend or down trend in water, fat, muscle etc even if it's not 100% accurate.

I really love my watch and use it daily!
