I started learning Esperanto at one point, then gave up out of laziness/un-usefulness. The only constructed language I know is Toki Pona.

I kinda want to learn Interlingua, which is deliberately designed to be a very generic Romance language and is thus supposed to be highly understandable across Europe as a result, but I'm learning Japanese right now. Maybe it'll be my next goal.

For me, the most attractive part of Esperanto is that all the speakers are interested in linguistics or something related to that. I see it as more of a hobby than an actual means of communication

alright i think i narrowed the problem down to apache config which is why i cant run any of these.. does that guide cover all of the config stuff? im using everything u are. also, if a file is UNIX LF then it doesnt need dos2unix right?

If there's anything else required beyond what I wrote on that page, then I don't remember it off the top of my head

One thing is to always remember to restart Apache after you've changed anything in the config file(s), otherwise your changes won't be live

If you're still having issues, I think you should first try installing a very simple CGI/Perl script just to check it's all actually working (if you haven't already) - the more complicated scripts with lots of moving parts often come with their own issues, or are just more difficult to configure

Correct - conversion is not necessary if it's already Unix-type to begin with!

Ehh, honestly I used to think this too, but the political divide is a lot more volatile than people think. The divide in this country is more cultural than political. Someone who lives in New York City lives a vastly different lifestyle than someone who lives in a ranch in Arizona, and that person also lives a vastly different lifestyle from someone who lives in a mountain top in Alaska. At the end of the day, what really defines a nation is a group of people with a shared history, language, and values.
