I'm tired of seeing creepy comments on pixiv, ATF, boorus, etc, users talking like buffalo bill from silence of the lambs.
its always
-violent in nature (talking about dismembering or murdering, raping to death, torture etc),
-out of touch (not knowing the character theyre even talking about, posting like a facebook grandpa)
-fetishizing criminality,'fed-posting' etc
-posting gigantic unhinged fan fictions which just take up space
-Fetish evangelism, people trying to push their particular fetish into unrelated things due to their obsession

I dont know where these people come from, if they are tourists, or what, but I thinks its a serious detriment to everyone when theyre allowed to take over communities with their posting, and i think its just sad that people cannot enjoy lolikon as a community in peace, away from these things.

Is it truly the fate of any loli-centric community to degenerate like that? Or Is it possible for a lolikon centric community to avoid having these people around?

Sometimes they can be kind of hot, admittedly, though I agree they are generally annoying when I do see them. Of course, for many booru, you actively have to scroll down to see them, and I'd imagine it'd be very easy to write a script to simply block the comments, so I wonder what you're seeing and why you apparently can't escape it. Even if you are an artist or uploader, I still fail to see why you don't just ignore comments or disable them.
I also happen to find people whining about them to be rather annoying as well, usually because there's some aspect of "we as a COMMUNITY need to do better, these people are TOXIC and PROBLEMATIC and a DETRIMENT to the COMMUNITY and no I don't know how to just ignore things I don't like". Funnily enough, while many in the thread seem to think it's old people, I actually think it's (probably autistic) young people, as in general the desire to "comment" instead of simply liking/favoriting has increased. On YouTube for instance, before ~2016, the ratio to likes and comments was much larger than afterwards; nowadays people feel the "need" to shit out an opinion. And of course those who whine about these "creeps" also tend to be young people, especially because of the mob-like attitude they tend to exhibit, to say nothing about the shared "desire to shit out a comment". Much like I'm doing now.... （⌒∇⌒ゞ）

Anyway, please read Plato's Republic, and consider saving complaints for your blog next time.

I think it hurts a community's image to share a space with people who get overly violent. Its hard to make the case that lolikons arent sadistic maniacs when a website if full of creeps talking about strangling or raping people to death.

I agree, I don't personally make (many) fetish comments but my fetishes are teh violent too
I also rarely ever see people talking about dismembering loli etc in random gelbooru posts
OP can visit lolicon communities where they shun anything non-vanilla if the existence of people with different fetishes bother him so much.

I was actually describing them fishing for trade offers and when you sent something to start the trade, you'd get fucked for distributing... but I would not put it against any government to actively distribute CP to try and catch people out. That shit already happens with drugs, and the government (pick one, any one) has more CP saved than anyone else.
