Heyuri has had a lot of news posts made to the front page in its time, but due to various site crashes, admin drama, site hax, etc., some (see: FUCKLOADS) are now missing However! Other Heyuri users and I have occasionally been archiving the front page, so maybe it's possible to restore some of these lost posts! I've gone through some of the old archives that were made to find as many of the missing posts as I can, and I will post them below

Because I have less time, and less dedication, as well as other things to focus on in life, I am passing on ownership of Heyuri to Kaguya, who is extremely dedicated to this site and behind 90% of its moderation. In time, you will come to know him, and in your own ways you will learn his great virtue, but for now I will just leave it like this: He is nothing like me. He is a kind, peaceful man who will guide Heyuri into a better age, be sure to give him some love, as it was hard for him to accept that the Great Kuz would no longer lead Heyuri. This thread was moved from /b/, where the replies are now deleted. I think some kind of bug occurred to the poll results, but it wasn't in benefit of kuzPS: kuz is not planning to resign, so my personal opinion is that discussions like this isn't going to do any help

The default font on /vote/ does not support alternative text (see pic) which makes some polls hard to use without manually changing the text. Could the default font or a new style be edited to allow it?
Isn't it because the vote script itself is using something like ISO-8859-1 character encoding internally instead of UTF-8 when generating the results images?It would probably be best to rewrite the script to use HTML/CSS instead of images, but changing the character encoding may or may not be simpler

You may notice I am sometimes contradicting with kuz's policy according to what I tell. I indeed do, some of my actions aren't according to his "policy" or whatever, but this is never causes any struggles between I and kuz (unlike lolico+kuz times, remember what kuz wrote about withdrawing from being an administrator if it would help Heyuri in the last townhall).Things are good as it is now, so I don't support thinking about our actions very deeply to a serious extent, so just enjoy freshly polished Heyuri
