I am no expert but that should be fine to do. Although I would not do it for every word for each sentence. For example,「そんなこともあるよクロマ」. This is from a random panel in Acro Trip. Everything except for クロマ　is hiragana, and it's understandable. クロマ is the person's name and is written in katakana. If you would do the alternation, it would be 「そんナことモあるヨくろま」. Everything reads the same but the alternation makes the Japanese "off" in a way. You could do something like 「そんなコトもあるよクロマ」where the こと is written in katakana. Also for English, foreign, or bizarre words you should write it in katakana.

It kind of depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

If you say the translation out loud it would be like "I-am-not-anon! I-am-Katsura!" where each dash has a small pause. Spaces in Japanese give that kind of emphasis or pause before saying the next thing. They can also be used in scenarios where the whole sentence is hiragana but the writer wants to separate the word to make it understandable like for kids media. Comparing the OP to
>あのんジャない!
>カツラだ!
this one would be like "I am not anon! I am Katsura!" where if you say it outloud there isn't that added pause between each word. I hope that makes sense.

the last in 2010? i could probably find something. for it to be oreimo of all the series lol. it started airing in october of that year. i can do my best to confirm if it was indeed. if you mean aired anime then i wonder if you're right. if this aired in october though i have a feeling there's more out there. i don't remember which episode this was though. so maybe it aired later.
man, oreimo was great. i don't know why idiots get so hung up on the basically nonexistent incest. it's like hardly there until the very end and the novels. normies really project too hard onto anime. that was such a fun watch. all the characters were so cute and i can't say the series was ever that boring.

The first time I watched it I guess I wanted to know everything, but now I just enjoy the story and characters as is. I really don't care about some detailed explanation, it's more about the atmosphere, the earthy style, the general theme and the music for me.

I really liked Niea_7 by ABe, no worse than Haibane IMO, and even better in some aspects. I found the comedy and SoL elements much more fun, and teh drama also made me tear up a bit. It didn't wreck me up like Haibane Renmei last episode did, but still hit close to home

Niea_7 and Haibane Renmei are the only two animu he directed and wrote the script for. He did not create the ones you listed, although he took part in the production as an artist/animator. It's like saying that Akio Watanabe created Monogatari, Di Gi Charat and Higurashi Gou sweat3

I haven't fucking watched Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei in 15 years and I want to see if it holds up to what I thought of it way back when.

I really should re-watch Nanoha and Nanoha A's, but I remember the first season being a bit of a slog. It's not long, so maybe I will...
