今PC壊れたままでスマホしかないから
フォントの変え方は分からない。

Windowsでなくても「Monafont」をインストールする必要はありません
これからは「@font-face」や「font-family」の時代です
これはウェブサイトの責任であり、ユーザーの責任ではない

（Also 2 kaguya: 「futaba.css」、「burichan.css」、「heyuriclassic.css」have a くそ「.ascii」that is overriding the いい settings in「base.css」. This is the kind of thing I meant by「our CSS needs cleaning up」）

"MS PGothic" should have priority over external fonts (AKA put earlier in the font-family list) since it's the original font that all the others are attempting to replicate/substitute

Having Windows users download and view AA on Heyuri with "saitamaar_light" is silly when they already have MS PGothic preinstalled with their OS
