I am addicted to snacks but I don't want to eat so much of them. I just got chocolate covered raisins and realized that it's a bad candy for me because they're small and need to be chewed so they disappear very fast and don't satisfy me so I just end up shoveling a bunch of them into my mouth. Plain chocolate tablets are better, but they still melt away pretty fast.

I sometimes buy salted pretzels, but I eat the whole pack in a day and then I feel sick and can't sleep well.

I need either something that's "healthy" so it doesn't matter if I eat them a lot, or something that I can keep in my mouth for a while so they last longer. I used to eat M&Ms, they're small and the hard sugar shell takes a while to melt, but they're not sold here anymore. I tried chewing bubblegum but it was just gross and rubbery and gave me an upset stomach.

What kind of snacks should I get?

Try fresh bread in the morning from a local bakery, dipped in butter and covered in something spicy. I like shichimi togarashi or general fat-base spicy sauces. I hate buldak noodles but they have a very good sauce and it is widely sold
You can expand the taste with salt or MSG but in small quantities! Or butter and a bit of sugar if you don't like spicy.

It tastes wonderful, better than any snack, you will drop snacks!

You're underestimating my snack addiction. Anything related to butter is a bad bad idea, it reminds me of when I used to buy soft white bagels and cheese bagels, in both cases the whole bag will be gone in 20 minutes, I stopped buying them because it was too much effort to buy them compared to how much snacking I got out of them.

At some point I realized I can snack on carrots, which seemed like a genius idea, but in the end I couldn't be bothered to go peel them all day. I am considering chewing on raw spaghetti, but it would probably make me sick too.

literally any fruits, try grapes
carrots are a good idea too, and you don't have to peel them

try dark chocolates preferably the 90-100% cocoa kind. they melt slower in your mouth only if you are brave to stomach something that bitter.

>you don't have to peel them
I don't want to eat things that have brown muddy looking spots, even if it's harmless. I also peel off parts of cucumbers if it looks like something's been scratching/sticking to them.

Grapes could be nice. Maybe there's other fruit-related snacks, like dried bananas. I wonder if I should buy a dehydrator and experiment with stuff myself.

I've tried several dark chocolates but they're only ok if I eat them quickly. The longer they're on my tongue, the more the tasteless bitter flavor pierces through in a bad way.

Baby carrots, also known as shota PENIS carrots. Also try other veggies and try getting them both fresh and in cans to see which is more convenient. Canned veggies can be shipped where I live so I don't need to go to the store.

Nuts are good for teh munching, just make sure they're unsalted and unsweetened. Can be combined with fruits & berries too
