What does everyone think about the banner advertisement sites? Personally, I've never used them. Why are they there? Do people pay a monthly fee to advertise their websites, or does kagu advertise websites he personally likes? Most of them aren't even imageboards. And that leads to another curiosity; are the imageboards that do get advertised here considered spinoffs of heyuri?
