I find it easy to use, but I'm no good artist to know (;^Д^)
But if ur comparing with other drawing softwares - oekaki applets aren't very sophisticate on purpose

pbbs neo is overall less capable than shi-painter, but it is also not an ancient java applet kept running by dark magick
so I end up using pbbs neo instead for things
its hard to paint in paintbbs neo...
