SOFTWARE CHANGE... SOON.

Do you think it is possible to create human-animal hybrids, such as catgirls? I mean, anatomically, you can edit the genes such that it can create cartilage on top of the head, and humans already have the tail gene. The only problem I see is ethical.

naah you're not wrong lmao. there is indeed 100 genes that make up one protein and one last gene in the end (Stop codon) that ceases the ribosome's function for that aminoacid chain. 2nd, 3rd and 4th protein structures are formed by other proteins and the golgi apparatus.

I still don't understand what you are saying by %80 control and %20 genes. Do you mean "control" as in error checks, or mitosis, or structure?

Hmm, well, since I don't remember stop codons, it's probably not that. Looking it up, it's fascinating that one mutation on that stop codon will destroy an entire cell. It sounds like quite the Achilles heel there.

I believe the gene setup where the portion that controls mitosis and such is part of that. I'm assuming that logic answers these questions: when does the cell know the line the chromosomes up for mitosis, who controls that? How does the nucleus know when to make more of which protein, and how the process goes from "we need more of this" to "we're making more of this".

In a programmer's standpoint, this control is the actual program, while the genes designing the proteins is simply the arithmetic logic unit. There's no program around how genes fold and make those proteins -- they just do it. The question I think is important is: who tells them to do it? And how do they know when to do it?

Fuckin' cat girls.

WAIT I REMEMBER!!!

When a certain protein is required, the logic genes are used to determine which genes need to be used for the protein. Say you need vitamin B, well, how do you go about huddling together all the genes to produce such a protein? You run along the mRNA to find your starting point, and that starting point tells you "oh use these genes to generate the protein"

Also, I'm gonna fix my grammar and be more precise from 9089.
>I believe the gene setup where the portion that controls mitosis and such is part of that.
"Part of that" being controlling mitosis and such is part of my 80/20 "control genes" but from what I remember, this is wrong.
>when does the cell know the line the chromosomes up for mitosis
"When does the cell know to line ..."

well yeah something like that. even I don't fully understand how central dogma works xd

When some protein is in deficiency inside the cell (the cell determines this by detecting the concentration of the materials or proteins in the cytoplasm, say for example: Protein A produces cAMP, and when the cAMP concentration is low, low concentration of cAMP can't activate Protein B, so that protein B doesn't work, and when protein B doesn't work, there is a feedback to some messengers to the DNA and the DNA starts transcribing that part of its gene) the cell does what I have written inside the parenthesis. the messenger for the lack of that material is, lets say, Messenger molecule A. and this molecule starts a transcription reaction only on the genes that are responsible for creating Protein A.

Actually, what I have written here is pretty much the life itself. it is a system that sustains itself via feedback loops. This is literally life. This is literally us. How poetic...

wait why does C.ANCER filter to aids?

it is a well known fact that cats are liquid.

HOW DO I WASH LIQUID CAT???

Soak it in soapy water for a while, then use supercritical drying to remove the water and return the cat to its solid form unharmed.

Does that mean dogs are made of plasma?

nah mate here's the original one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=488YxXFIpz8
here's the origin story I found: https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/caipirinha-dance

The first instance of Caipirinha Dance is believed to have originated from a non-Japanese community, possibly 4chan. The earliest video found on YouTube was posted by a YouTube user scoutd6 in March 22nd, 2007.

PokeSpe is actually pretty popular in Japan, there are probably more parodies of common memes like this one. Hell, theres even a Bad Apple parody.
