So, with 4chan gone, is our /f/ the place to be now? /f/ was finally starting to get some activity after the AF stunt. We need to make sure these anons keep posting flashes!
I made an invitation post on the swfchan thread
>>68434While you're at it can you please get rid of the part of the site that deletes old flashes?
>part of the site that deletes old flasheswhat do u mean?
>>68471you go to the other pages and it says on the stuff uploaded there>marked for deletion (old)
that just means the thread has hit the time limit and can't be bumped anymore. Currently the maximum thread limit for deletion hasn't been hit yet, I don't know how it will keep in the future (ie. endless pages VS auto deletion a la 4chan). They are fine right now, but software performance and server storage are to be considered too
Also the time limit will probably be removed soon across the boards (excluding Off-Topic), it's waiting for us to roll out some software updates that will fix some issues we have with it. Teh work is going on
>>68475>>68474Thanks for the clarification.
>So, with 4chan gone, is our /f/ the place to be now?Looks like it'll still be after it comes back...
You think this means they would've also baleeted the flash archive too?
>>68509Is there a way to save everything first in case the archive goes down?
