When embedding a flash in a board other than /f/ (e.g. /b/), the space allocated for the flash is a square, even if the flash doesn't have a square aspect ratio. For example, a wide flash will be allocated a square space like in the picture. The flash will only be played in between the bars, looking ugly. But it gets worse. Some parts of the flash will be played outside of the bars, outright breaking some flashes.
this is a known issue: https://github.com/Heyuri/kokonotsuba/issues/135
As noted in the github issue, this too will be fixed with the overhaul soonpreview it athttps://img.heyuri.net/test/https://img.heyuri.net/test3/
>>68503is /test/ on the new software? i like that there is a tomorrow theme... but still only one image per post (´~`) will that ever change or perhaps its a deliberate limitation?
>but still only one image per post (´~`) will that ever change or perhaps its a deliberate limitation? It's a limitation of the board software, but also deliberate - it would be a significant amount of work to implement, and it wouldn't really add anything besides making the place look & feel more like an 8chan offshoot
If it will ever be added, it would be in distant future where we majorly change how files are stored in the DBSuch a feature wouldn't be enabled on Heyuri even if Koko supported it
