There's no report feature currently

However, a report would only get seen when staff-san are looking at the site - and if we're looking at the site, we'll have already seen it

if you see pizza you can close the tab or scroll past, a staff-san will delete it when they get around to it. you don't need to report/complain about it

honestly, the easiest way to reach a staff member about this kind of thing is the CGI chat, especially if it got pushed down too much to see on /all/
