Not all new memes, but some of them, the ones that have a certain feel of being unfunny and forces memes, overused by ironic weebs, /pol/acks, twitterfags, sharties etc. Depends whether meido sama thinks it qualifies as teh r8 or not.

I personally think that "I kneel" and similar slang/memes do have that feel of Web 2.0 "humour"
