Any plans to make vidlii videos embed like youtube ones? It's not too hard is it?

I don't think we embed youtube videos, maybe you have an extension that automatically iframes the videos unrelated to Heyuri? unsure

It is possible to have a vidlii video embedded on another website, you can see it on lolwut's imageboard: https://www.711chan.net/
However I don't know how hard it would be to make a script that automatically puts an embed vidlii video everytime somone types a link to a vidlii video

As a form of browser userscript it's easy enough to create with chatgpt (the code i generated in 2 minutes is a little b0rk but works)

You can try creating a code or maybe ask lolwut to create a proper/official one happy

I believe 4chanX had VidLii support, maybe their code can be borrowed as well. I don't know 2 JS

It's like in the pic with 4chanx. Anyways, this isn't a Heyuri issue this board is for, so taking this to a suitable place would get u a better feedback

Conversely, I'd liek 2 remove YouTube embeds from Strange World - they lower the page performance too much when there's several instances, and they get duplicated in replies as well dark

Commenting out the "#20200524 Gikoneko: youtube embedding" sections in index.php seems 2 do teh trick
