Its a cool idea. I've always wanted to learn to read Japanese so I could buy physical manga for cheap

I would make it /exchange/ instead of /jp/ since exchanging japanese/english is the main point of the site.

I will still continue to search other places once the board is ready, they don't have to be other anonymous BBSes either
