Just to refresh, fullbanners are images that can link to other boards within Heyuri or to external sites. They are required to be 468x60px.

AND WHAT YOU PROBABLY MAYBE DIDN'T KNOW is that's been almost two years since the last post in that thread lol and we've only had like three approved in the past few months. Thanks to the guys who made the /j/ and radio banners. (σ･∀･)σ

The real good news is us mods are now able to approve banners ourselves, so... this probably won't affect approval rate by a lot, but uh... it will be a little bit higher! At least 0.2% more! Rejoice! ヽ(`Д´)ノ

Do bear in mind for people looking to advertise their own website with a banner will have needed to be Rule 7+8 compliant to begin with, and also the banner itself must be SFW (but if your website is for, like, fat German grandma bestiality scat porn or something, we don't care). We also have the ability to remove banners from the rotation, but you don't have to pay us anything for the right to advertise. So even if you get rejected, it won't cost you anything. (*^ーﾟ)b
