the software we're running at https://up.heyuri.net/ is derivative from a japanese lineage of uploader scripts, which we have modified significantly. And recently we reworked it to be HTML5 complaint as well as new/improved features, which'll be available soon

its never had a name beyond "uploader", "up" and "2ちゃん uploader!". the last one may be confused with 2chan/futaba's file uploaders (and is harder to type).

so a unique name would be helpful

suggest some names ITT ヽ(´ー`)ノ

its boring but i think "Heyuri Uploader" gets the job done

beanflicker. ( ´ω`)
it's a he-yuri thing, might as well try make it lesbian
>>
I liek "heyuri uploader", with "uploader" and "up" for short. Simple is best ヽ(´ー`)ノ
>>
Heyuploader
>>
heyureupload
bokuploader
but those are pretty boring so i'll try harder
i want to make a portmanteau of "tengoku" and "file" or otherwise merge them somehow...
kokorega? koko - from: kokonotsuba + kakurega (sanctuary)?
maybe add deta to the end to imply sanctuary for data?
>>
>>70337
i guess adding koko anywhere in the name would get axed though, since the only thing that can be traced to it is the devs not the software itself
your call though, maybe this will inspire more suggestions (´人`)

I mentioned TWINTAIL UPLOADER elsewhere because it has some Tenma-chan theme.

I don't think it should be a simple name for the sake of it, because there exists many such uplaoders and afaik they aren't usually referred by the name of those who made it
However "Heyuri Uploader" in this case may be fine too, because Heyuri was originally a file uploading service and not a BBS :nyaoo-closedeyes:

tsuinteruappuroda?
ツインテールアップローダー

i also like the sound of naming it directly after Tenma, so maybe just Tenma or tenma in lowercase (´ー`)

I second the idea of tenma, it should be something short, simple, and easy to remember.

Maybe, but it could also stay as romaji "twintail", Japanese people omit the "s", making it sound unusual in English so it still feels Japanese-ish this way
Existing examples for such naming is AHoge Editor (https://ahoge.heyuri.net/ ), or another similar uploader script that is called "STRANGE UPLOADER" by the Japanese.
If it were to go with this and Japanese letters, the alternative Japanese writings could be liek ツインテールあぷろだ or ついんて~るアップロード, there is room to play with it.

I would be happy with tenma too
