My guess is the lack of ads and not selling anything, that's how a lot of things wind up getting the axe even when they are legal. Well, that and, yeah, the site is pretty small

I'm sure the site COULD have issues if the wrong person saw it, got offended and decided do DDoS or something, but as long as the site is hosted where all this stuff is legal, it probably won't get in any major trouble

heyuri has had numerous problems due to that stuff in the past including nearly losing its domain name, a raid and probably some other stuff I can't think of right now. Heyuri is probably hosted in a country with lax or uninforced internet regulations and it wouldn't surprise me if it gets blocked in a country with stricter laws like the uk or france (although i do know it hasn't been blocked in the uk yet as I'm accessing heyuri perfectly fine in the uk but vidlii a site that is about as big as heyuri and with significant user overlap has had letters from ofcom so it isn't totally unlikely that heyuri will too although vidlii does have a lot more attention put on it than heyuri although all it requires is one person from ofcom to notice)
