It was checking for either 2500 characters or 10 line breaks
Changed the required minimum line break number for it to trigger to 25 for the time being

Maybe, but I'm not sure how good a scrollbar would look good..
An expand button for javascript users could be kewl but we have higher priorities now (unless there are willing JS/PHP devs who wants to look into it here, then feel free to come to DevChat@Heyuri and say hai)
