I was gonna title it something like "haven't been on heuri in a while, I've missed you guys!", but found this pic while trying to decide what pic to attach and was posessed with Jiji's silly energy LOL

Anyway, I only ever posted as Anonymous before, but I got scared off the site for a bit. Saw something weird, but as I was asking le compoter about how 4chan works (I was under the impression it was some kind of illegal site tbh), I was reminded of heyuri. And if its not actually illegal to go on 4chan then I'm guessing its not illegal to go on here, even when sometimes the posts are weird?? Idk lol

I've been thinking of being online more to socialize more. I miss being in cringy fandom spaces...!! (´;Д;`)

I finally got caught up on the Dan Da Dan anime yesterday, not sure what to watch next... ah, I also watched a little of Re: Cutie Honey with my friend, that show is so zany LOL! Kinda reminded me of the bits and pieces I've seen of Panty & Stocking, but more oldschool.

I also recently found a world on VRChat that emulates the world from Sword Art Online!! I never watched the og show tbh but I enjoyed the abridged series a few years back LOL. Anyway, its cool because most VRChat worlds are like... basically just big fancy set pieces with nothing to do, but a guy sent me on a quest to get some herbs for his injured knee! And then I decided to fight a bee, nearly died, and couldn't figure out how to drink a potion LMFAO it was great. Every failed attempt tp drink the potion just reminded me of the girl (Asuka? I think?) not being able to figure out how to eat in SAO Abridged LMFAO

I did think that certain ships were illegal for a few years, and then I suddenly realized "wait but these same "illegal" ships are in officially produced and licensed animes, so if they were illegal, wouldn't those not be able to be published?!"

Really doesnt help when I try to ask my friend if she'd be mad if I shipped something weird, and she just replies with "as long as its not illegal", I don't think anything fictional is illegal where I live! But its also, like, if I tell someone I think selfcest is silly fun, are they gonna claim thats illegal? (I ask hypothetically, but I did actually see on twitter years ago, someone tried to cancel someone else for shipping sora and roxas. Lmao.)

i think communities just say ships some are illegal cause theyre ignorant. And ignorant misinformations get pushed around as fact.

Teh truth is that age-gap ships, or ships between underage characters arent illegal, even though it might be socially taboo. :sweat:
Too many fan communities get very wound up about fictional underage characters and policing ppls ships.
Bottom line is you do you. if you have some character ship that works for you, enjoy it. Dont let other people tell you what you can or cant like. :nyaoo-closedeyes:

Even so, fan communities are rabid dogs, and admitting your controversial fantasies to pitchfork wielding peasants is probably a bad idea. :sweat:

And I swear I saw hs fans trying to get a writer fired because they wrote stridercest fanfic when they were a teen?? As I remember it, the writer was anonymous to begin with, so they didn't even have proof!

Either that or the supposed proof got buried in the twitter screeching mobs, but still, its a dumb thing to try and get someone fired over!
