I should mention that this "hypothetical man" is serious, and would actually commit to marrying a woman here and giving her the best life possible if she'd do the same with him. This "hypothetical man" is a virgin and could care less about how women look(unless youre 700lbs), he likely has nothing to lose with this relationship since his chances of finding love in "teh real world" are slim.

This is the best way! There is 0% chance of my soulmate being found where I live, everybody is dumb and the closest girl I could find that would be remotely close to anything I like(anime for a broad example) would probably find would be a reddit browsing loser with an IQ of 89(you may know the type i'm talking about).
BUT, if I come here, there is a pretty good chance I find a soulmate or someone close enough since they know at least how to use a browser to find heyuri lol.
