you guys ever thought of blogging?
it seems like the easiest coping mechanism against feeling like you are not doing anything meaningful
thoughts?

I've never been a fan of the blog format

If anyone cared what I typed, I'd already have an audience besides anonymous internet perverts.

what if you think about it like a hobby?
like you write it for your own enjoyment, even if nobody wrote it, you still feel like you made something

I did. But never published anything publicly.
I already enjoy writing down my dreams and reading through them after months pass, they're written like i were describing them to a friend/stranger. That sorta kinda counts as blogging.
Another thing - last winter i started writing a summary for every week, what happened and how i felt. But i gave up on that idea way too fast :sweat2: Only 5-6 entries made.
Public blogging is another thing, i also considered it but never found anything interesting to blog about. I am also lazy.

Wafuu~!

It's really fun being able to share images and thoughts of my own, knowing it will be there as long as I wish for it. Just knowing this makes me wanna put in more effort in writing thought out anime-reviews and taking cool picz of my anime figz etc. So far it's been really fun to see my website grow and the post just keep stacking up into a nice otaku-collection of things i love! I even bought more figz than usally just so i can take picz of them :xd: (Got 2 new Konomi soooooon!!!)

While I've to admit, the best part of this project have been working on the site itself, to find things to make it feel unique and fun to use. I've put in a insane amount of effort into this personal project and I can say i feel very happy with the decision to create wafuu.xyz!!

But I wouldn't claim I write a lot of "free-floating" text, as I usually put in a lot of effort in my own writing, especially the "anime reviews" as those take hours to write for me. I dont think i've the freedom to write whatever I want, as I've to fit into a space thats certain for the few reads thats been around! Thx<3!!!

I ran an online blog and it was surprising how many people followed it. It was so cool that I showed it to people in real life. When I realized these fags started reading it too, I had to moderate the content. Since I can’t half-ass things, I took the website down and kept writing offline. Now, even my old audience wouldn’t be ready for how badly things have gone.
