Dolphins are mammals. Their children are born alive and not in eggs. That's all I'm saying. It's not fucken rocket science. They might look like fish but they are not fish. They are not "mammalian fish" either there is no such thing. People like to think because they have fins they're fish. But they don't have scales. Keep this in mind. They aren't fish. They don't have gills. They have lungs. They have to leave the water to get air. They're just really good at holding their breath. You might ask why they die or get really injured if they're beached since they breathe fine. Well it's because the weight of the ground pushes on their lungs and veins, stopping circulation. It's like sleeping on your arm except you cut off the entire circulation to it and it fucking dies.
