8 hours of work, 8 hours free, 8 hours sleep. but once you add an hour of commute and clocking in, cooking, cleaning, chores, showering, shitting, you only have like 2 hours free. 2 fucking hours. That's not even enough time to fucking jack off. I can't do this anymore

6 hours? That's enough for 1, MAYBE 2 faps if your really pushing it
>>
i fap for fulltime, so im exhausted when i get home.

- Shave off one hour of sleep, sometimes 2
- Shit at work
- if you have money, buy those services that deliver food or develop a quicker meal plan.
- Don't need to shower once a day, do 'quick showers' which is just washing the essentials (5 minutes max).
if possible look to get a better job that pays more and respects your time more.

NEETdom is awesome, but I should really value my time better while I can... I spend way more than 2 hours a day just lying down and staring at the walls/ceiling instead of having fun

that's depression for ya
just turn yer brain off and never compare yourself to anyone

I've been a full time NEET for nearly two years now and it's already taking it's toll on my mental and physical health. YouTube, porn, image boards, and video games can only keep you docile for so long

NEETdom is weird, or at least always has been for me. When you have all the time to do anything you want, you quickly get bored with hobbies more easily and have trouble managing what to do with your time. But when you're employed, you get really good at using your free time wisely and are very excited about hobbies.

At least that's always been my experience.

that was the case with every neet i've spoken to. there is also special case of neet artists, but they usually grinded art so much they were losing neet status. also fun (not fun) stat - its proven that male in a relationship will find much more motivation to improve himself and be more productive

if i could spend two hours just spacing out i would be so damn happy. My brain needs time to relax, but since i work all the time + limited free time, it feels wasted to do so, but the brain needs time for no stimulation and a reset.

turn it on, wonder, think and don't deny if u want to be happy. If you run away it will be harder to accept. Once u accept it all, your freedom will be true freedom.

I'm on year 15 :sweat2:

I managed to improve my habits and routines after the first 5-ish disaster years, so the impact to my physical and mental health has been minimized - but obviously I'm still heavily impacted. For one, my social skills are totally fux0r'd (;´Д`)

I've experienced that too (;´Д`)

How about forcing yourself to do some productive but not fun work for 6-8 hours a day? Like, maybe spend that time forcing yourself to study an array of topics. If you are a NEET, you have the opportunity to become a genius. It just requires willpower. Force yourself. Don't let yourself ignore it, and then you'll reduce your amount of free time. It'll become more valuable, and boom, you now have new skills and less anhedonia
