Side note: while testing, it seems that the chat will 'log you out' and prompt you to enter your nickname (you need a nickname to chat) at random. We are currently working this out to see if this bug is caused by something on our end or if it applies to the website.

UPDATE: we found out what was causing the nickname bug; it's a known problem that happens to guest players. Fortunately, registering an account doesn't ask for email, so it's just a matter of creating a username and password. ヽ(´∇`)ノ
