So you've been lifting for a long enough time that you have above average muscles for a guy but you don't try to find either a girl to have sex with once or a girlfriend? Building muscle is a hobby thats not connected to a screen. Seeing your own growth as you put on more weight or can do one more pullup is my motivation. I am by no means huge, but for a guy thats 61kg, i can do 80-85kg x 12x3~ on machine. I dont have any friend to work out with so i dont know my bench-press 1rm. I am not gymrat either. I was skinny fat before, now i've a nice V shape. And with building muscle comes more confidence and thats my sole reason to workout.
