MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE SAYS THAT THE DISSOCIATION AND LIFESTYLE THAT OFTEN COMES WITH DEPRESSION AND SUCH CAN FILL OUR MINDS WITH A LOT OF CLUTTER (INCLUDING STUFF ABSORBED FROM OTHER PEOPLE) AND CAUSE OUR STATE OF BEING IN AND ASSOCIATED WITH THE BODY TO BE IN A FAR DIFFERENT SHAPE THAN WE WOULD WILL OTHERWISE.
