i struggle a lot with doing anything besides laying in my bed all day, but i really wanna watch more anime. i think i struggle the most with the transitions. i get jealous cause i see people playing games or watching anime all the time! and i wanna be like that too. any advice? (;´Д`)

Set an alarm and set it away from your bed to force you out of bed.
If you want to get something done. Set a timer and get it done before it rings or stop working once it does ring.
Make a schedule for yourself on what you are going to do that day.
Remember that getting stuff done makes rewarding yourself feel/taste better.

when one is reallly interested in something, the extra energy comes on its own.
not having that energy simply means one isn't that interested enough. not 'motivated', not 'obligatory'. intensity of love is key.

theres simply not much LOVE there.

I would like to know the details of your situation if something passive and effortless like watching anime is difficult to you
>>
Having energy is overrated. Just be lazy. ヽ(´ー`)ノ

ever feel so lazy you dont want to get up to eat? :xd:

that's called clinical depression and anhedonia. go to the doctor and get on Wellbutrin(NOT SSRIs) and take vitamin D.

Overly materialistic view :dark:. Not every disease can be cured by drugs, especially illnesses of the soul, which is probably what the OP has. He should go to the church instead

i dont think i have depression because i only get sad sometimes but it is true i have difficulty finding pleasure in things i used to and cannot seem to do them unless i work up the courage for days or sometimes hours rarely (;´Д`)

sadness is a side effect of depression, but doesn't need to be present ( ´ω`)

cheer up emo kid :cp:

I am similar. I switch between bed and chair through my day. It may be useful to either watch anime or stay in bed/stare at the ceiling, that way you get bored of laying down quickly enough that you end up watching more anime b4 the day ends :nyaoo-closedeyes:
