No I mean that he was exposed as a pedophile misogynist and was sued by Crpyton Future Media for damaging their image.

A pdf (LOL) of a BBS thread isn't a reliable source, but I couldn't find any post saying he got sued either
If anything, CTRL+F for "sue" has these 3 posts
>>Didn't Crypton sue the guy because he said something that was hurting Miku's rep?
>They didn't sue, but they vagueposted about it. It was when he tried to get an in-person lingerie fitting for Miku and kept doubling down on
it, even though most people were saying it was weird to do that in a regular clothing store.
>I'd be surprised if they actually sued him. Crypton are extremely lenient even when something breaks their terms of use
>>

Read what I posted

He's not actually. He said that he did just to be a creep and that he doesn't actually love Miku.
>>

I don't rly care about what some random guy is up to, but it could be an issue if cfm started sueing people for whatever they do with Miku-chan. Luckily that doesn't seem to be the case :nyaoo-closedeyes:

It's actually legally impossible for them to do that, and I can't find any source that they've sued Kondo, or anyone for that matter.
About a decade ago, CFM worked with an organization called Creative Commons. Under their agreement, they released Miku (and the other Crypton characters) under the Creative Commons Non-Commercial license. This license grants the right to do whatever you want, so long it as it is non-commercial and attribution is given. Importantly, this is a binding and irrevocable agreement. There's no way they could sue anyone even if they wanted to.

She is, actually. Everyone knows that the Vocaloid community is the single most toxic community that exists.

he's just a lolcow, but not even a particularly weird one by that standard
almost all western posting about him at this point just seems like someone wants to stir up drama so they can make a youtube video and fuck that gay shit
