na, but srsly i feel u homie. i think ur just overthinking stuff. 3 close people is already a treasure to cherish. some people don't have even that. i meant that it's good to have access to at least some emotional support. you should share some of your thoughts with them more often, possibly consult about the idea of seeking professional help. you've mentioned that ur dad is in medicine, so he must understand. you don't have to carry the weight all alone.
