Did a quick search. Some kind of Social Life-style game from Japan sponsored by NicoNicoDouga (accounts were linked). Lots of avatars licensed from visual novels (I see several Rika chans and a character from Da Capo in that screenshot).

Only lasted three years (2008-2011). Good things never last. :cry: We need to make a version for Heyuri!

i found a MEGA link for this game, had to make a funking account! It was a forum and they was talking about private server - seems to be some sort of possibility as it includes a files for it. Currently DL it.

anyway u can find discord on animetoshokan org there seem to be some links to github with the emulator there but the project itself isnt very developed yet
