Uh, let's see...
Basically, it's about how kids play. When kids play and pretend to be fictional characters, they "transform" into that character in a modern techno-shamanistic display. When the girl in the pic cosplays as Miku and dances, she is no longer just a girl, but is Miku herself. This is comparable to a shaman wearing an animal's skin and "becoming" that animal.
