Keto works if you are honest

I ate just chicken and eggs and the first few days of diet change are suffering, but after that you get used to it and you feel much less of an urge to eat

Keto does not make you magically thin but eating keto suppresses apetite, and less apetite means less eating, and less eating is better

It will take weeks or months to truly see the effects but there is no other way than eating less, you do not have to excercise at all - I was a slacker and got thin

When you feel weak try eating vitamins and electrolytes, if that does not help do a cheating day and eat whatever except for pure trash like burgers, chips, candies and so on, one candy a day is fine but no more

Initially you will feel bad and tired and you will lose a few KGs but that is because water is bound to sugar in your body, and no carbs means no sugars, if you have no sugars then the body burns fat

Human fat tissue is about 8000kcal per KG. You do not have to go 1200kcal/day instantly. First get used to your new food, go past that initial painful gate, and then start counting callories. Do not do much cheating, 50 grams of carbs a day can break your keto state (I think).

i think if OP has a tough time sticking to diets OP should focus on counting calories, first, and slowly removing the bad foods after.
I have leaky gut (a sort of micro biome thing that causes inflamation from certain foods) Its taken me a long time to transition to low carb and remove 70% of the things i usually eat. :dizzy:

Build muscle. This is counter-intuitive for most people, and especially for girls, who think they'll somehow end up "looking masculine" if they do so. But there are two sides to the Earth element in Chinese Medicine: fat and muscle. There's also two sides to insulin: building muscle, and accumulating fat.
Muscle mass elevates your basal metabolism. Other than counting calories, having muscle is like a cheat. It burns energy just be existing. Plus there's a myriad of health benefits to having strong muscles.
If you don't feel like getting into weight lifting, try hardcore yoga, or crossfit. Climbing. Water sports. Basically anything that simulates what your body is supposed to be doing instead of paying off debt all day in front of a screen.

Also, if you're 30+, accept that we humans (and women specially) are given a gift of Jing by nature that we will never be able to get back. Youth is meant to get us to reproduce, not look appealing forever. You were never your body, and decay and death is inevitable.

tl;dr: pick up heavy things and put them down repeatedly.

>50 grams of carbs a day can break your keto state (I think)
I've heard it varies from like 20-50 and some people test their urine to find out exactly how many but that's way too much trouble and I found it pretty easy to just stay under 20 or 25 net carbs per day. There's lots of keto snacks available, especially chocolate candy and protein shakes which taste so good I kept them as a regular part of my non-diet after giving up on keto. Eating as much candy and drinking as much diet soda as you want all day everyday without getting cavities or diabetes is great.

Sorry about the double (now triple) post. I don't know what happened. I got an error, so I tried posting again.
Anyway, I just remembered something I read on /fit/ a long time ago that cracked the whole thing for me. If you eat too little, you'll have trouble losing weight (and you will even gain) just as much as if you ate too much.
Your basal calories is basically your weight in lb * 10. Eat that minus 100, and adjust as your weight decreases, and you will lose weight sustainably. Also exercise so that you don't completely destroy your muscle mass in the process. It's basically magic. You don't need to think about it. Just adjust your calories, rigorously count them, and do *any* kind of exercise while you're doing so.

>Water sports
Masturbating for several hours a day is enough exercise to lose weight on keto but pissing all over the place isn't necessary, though I guess all the work you'll have to do cleaning up the mess is even more exercise.

You get it!

the problem with 'counting calories' is that you are a human and not a bomb calorimeter. there is more to nutrition than energy. doing this will reduce body mass but in a way that affects muscle mass as well which is not good long term.

the best thing i can tell you is to try keto. most diets are memes, but there is interesting literature about ketosis and metabolic disease which is a large issue in weight gain. if nothing else, avoid processed food and cook yourself simple meals.

I started eating only lunch and dinner for a while. Lunch at ~12 PM and dinner ~6 PM. I lost 10 kg in about three months and I kept at it for about nine months. Didn't exercise, didn't count anything whatsoever. It was tough at first but after two weeks I didn't feel hungry and I had no desire for snacks. After I stopped I gradually stabilized in weight around 62 kg. Started at 69 kg.

please dont do this. keto is horrible for you. you need sugar, we are not carnivores

>Started at 69 kg
69 kg isn't fat unless you're a total midget :dark:
>>
>>164895
im only 168cm
>>
>>164898
LOL you replied for me. I'm actually 169. I used to haet being a midget but now I think it's pretty comfy
>>
>>164901
Isn't 169 somewhat tall for a girl?
I'm assuming you're a girl cause you talked about your breast. Unless you're so fat you have man boobs.
>>
>>164906
I'm not whoever mentioned boobs. I'm an ossan and my issue was an early stage beer gut. Maybe I could have been 170-175 if I didn't refuse to eat as a child but who knows.

Move to a cold place
you need more calories simply to sustain yourself in the cold since your body needs to burn fuel to keep itself worm
Arctic Circle Diet... someone should make this a fad diet and create a whole camp system out of this

just... dont have anyone die of hypothermia :x3:

or do and call it an environmental bonus

No such thing as a too tall girl.

Not only is Okuu a total bird brain, she also has scoliosis, caused by of her unnatural height and the weight imbalance of her right side (control rod and concrete leg). She's gonna get gravely injured one of these days and she'll have to be put down, just like this >>165049 horsegirl
>>
>>164893
>you need sugar
tell that to the inuit in the arctic. there is simply no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. is it optimal for every human being to restrict carbohydrate intake? obviously not, but it is the baseline for what humans need to survive: fatty acids and protein.
>>
>>165080
All these Reiuji-san facts don't make me feel like NOT wanting to make out with a 220cm girl
>>
>>165087
The concept of Inuits never consuming carbohydrates is a myth, they were traditionally berry-gatherers during the warmer seasons and also supplement their seafood intake with bird hunting, in which they preserve birdmeat in carcasses which then turns it into a high-carb food through fermentation alone

The science is very clear about the fact that low-carb diets will always carry a risk of hormone disorders
