I was at school earlier (I'm 18 btw no need to worry about r0) and a year 7 (11 or 12 year old) walked into the area where my year hangs around at break time during break time. He started hanging around a group of people on the other side of the room so I walked over to see what all the situation was about and one thing lead to another and I got into a fight with him that I lost. Like it wasn't a proper serious fight we were just pushing no punching or kicking or anything and we shook hands after but still, I lost in a fight to a preteen.
It is with this fate that I cannot go on for any longer like this and I need to get stronger and increase my fighting skills so if anybody knows how to do that please fucking tell me, although please consider that I don't really want to heavily disrupt my current lifestyle of spending the vast majority of my free time on the computer and not paying too much attention to my diet, I definitely don't want to start going to the gym (puke).

stretch in the morning, do a few situps and pushups. if your not willing to go to the gym thats the least you can do.

Have you tried opening the skills menu? You can allocate any available skill points there.

The thing you are looking for is weight assisted calisthenics and fasting.

People get jacked in prison with purely bodyweight exercises. I've been exercising for the past half year as a hikki neet and have been getting a bit of gains. Eventually you will plateau and since you can't really increase weight you have to increase volume, which means you would have to be exercising for like 2 hours. You will still be much stronger and healthier even if you don't do it that long.
