In short: dad's friend who was raising money at her shop for the town's new public use medical equipment lost keys to the box with money and she did not want to just break the box because it is wasteful and asked him what to do.

He said I possibly could open it and asked whether I would want to check it out. I came and after 15 minutes of struggling as an amateur lockpicker with no experience I opened teh lock at last and everyone was happy :biggrin:
