Does anyone know a site where you can buy U15 idol mags online in Japan, and have them shipped via JapanRabbit or whatever?
>>
I was just thinking about junior idols the other day, and remembered the thread on /b/ where OP linked us to a site filled with scans of old Alice Club magazines. At the time, I really wanted to save the scans, but I was afraid I'd get raped by the feds for possessing them. Thinking on it now, I don't think many of them classify as CP in America. I mean, if Jock Sturges photos are fair game, I'm sure scantily clad Jap girls from the 80s are too. :closed-eyes:
>>
>>158136
The FBI did raid Sturges, though indeed his work is legal.

What is and isn't legal is a long discussion and I don't have the answers to that. But regardless of what the law actually is, if you're a little guy and the man wants to fuck you he will, unless you're rich enough, and then crime is legal. So stay off the man's radar. If the site was HTTPS and you were using a trustworthy VPN, you could saved them and stored them on a hidden encrypted partition. No one could know.

I don't think that would have been necessary. 20 year old junior idol books from Japan are not on the man's radar to begin with. But good to take such precautions regardless.
>>
>>158137
>the man's radar
My unrealistic theory about CP ownership has always been "whatever's in the FBI database will instantly get you in trouble if you save it, involuntarily or not". In reality, it all depends on whether the feds are forced to investigate you or not (i.e., someone online knows your full name & writes an anonymous tip about you for da loolz)
My feelings are, if it's produced as full on porn, I don't trust saving it. But, if they're artistic, still image nudes, that feels safe enough.
>>
not into 3d idols, whats a junior idol/junior idol group u guys would reccomend? (´~`) (even retired ones/current obabas)
>>
>>158158
Most junior idols aren't very good at singing. They just do bad covers of popular songs.
>>
Nowadays the junior idol sphere tends to be social media driven (twitter, etc), i'm not sure if there even is an "industry" anymore in the same since it meant in the 90s and 00s.

Many idol groups these days are more like a past-time extra curricular activity for the girls and typically their mothers are managers of their accounts/etc.
The groups are managed by other people who just coordinate events where girls sing and dance, and occasionally there are meet ups, where fans (usually adult men) will hang out at a park with the girls (and their mothers lurking near by) and chill and take stylish photos at parks or other fun locations, sometimes there is even BBQ, the photos are then posted to social media - typically twitter.

The age of photo books, and DVDs are long gone, and the "industry" is more like a pretend-talento for the girls, and its supported by your typical junior idol lolicon fans.

>>
>>158162
I had a friend who just went to Japan and he took a picture of a section of junior idol DVDs in a shop in Akihabara. I don't know if any of them were new releases, I recognized at least one classic from the 2000's. But Moecco and Cho-Bo are still publishing monthly issues that come with DVDs at least.

And speaking of CP laws, Japan made them stricter in 2015 so it's a lot more tame now. :closed-eyes2: I imagine less people are buying them as a result. So while the industry seems to have changed and wound down a little bit, it still exists.
>>
>>158170
Mandarake still has junior idol dvds, a lot of other shops too, but theyre mostly old. And some places have now put them behind glass to keep foreigners from looking too closely, and it resembles a museum more than a dvd section. :glare1:

There is modern overlap between junior idols and the modelling industry, a lot of modern junior idols do modelling for kids clothing and even acting work, there was one girl who was in a McDonalds commercial not long ago. lol

Man, that Akibamap website is a rabbit hole of nostalgia for a place I never visited.

I swear Japan is on another planet sometimes.
>>
>>158190
japan is on the opposite side of the planet, so close enough lol
but really, japanese junior idol pics are basically no worse than anything you'd find in a modern swimsuit catalog

sure, it's not that hard to get why doing all this shit was banned, but it's also not that hard to get why it wasn't for so long either ┐(゚~゚)┌
in particular, in the US, I'm not sure a lot of what's being sold in the shops shown here would have failed the Dost criteria when it was produced if someone went to trial for it lol; ain't a lawyer though, and it wouldn't be too hard to convince a jury of the criteria anyway
it'd be even easier to do so nowadays, since they can't really produce it anymore

is it distasteful? yes lol, you're basically selling to a large demographic of people who'd reenact their favorite rape doujin on the girl if they could, and the majority of them would be jacking off to the pics anyway (a prosecutor could use that fact to fail at least one of the Dost criteria)

is it immoral? it's like 99% "cute pictures of young girls in clothing they would wear in a public setting (even if that setting is the beach)", although there have been a few releases that have strayed pretty far from that and thus are closer to actual softcore porn, and thus wouldn't be particularly moral

honestly, it still feels weird seeing the shift though; JI stuff used to be enough of a big shrug that they were available on sankaku complex's idol booru yeeeears ago and no one really gave a shit, and they took all them down when the writing was on the wall

if there's one thing to remind you the past is really different, onpu in ojamajo doremi did this kind of work and it comes up at least once lol
and then there's one episode in creamy mami where IIRC a false Mami gets very risque pictures printed in a magazine, and this is shown in a very for-kids show lol

no way :D

>japanese junior idol pics are basically no worse than anything you'd find in a modern swimsuit catalog

Nowadays they are, lole. Nowadays a little girls' instagram account is closer to being childporn than junior idol magazines. :xd: But back before everything was ghey, teh junior idol chaku ero stuff had gratuitous amounts of camel-toe and ass, as well as LOLis riding mechanical bulls while wearing bikinis tiny and randoseru. 100% DOST test failing material! :kuma6: :dance2:

Relics of a bygone time.
>>
>>158210
self-shot stuff has almost always been better than what studios produce anyway, and every loli has a high quality video camera in her phone these days :kuma6:
>>

>and then there's one episode in creamy mami where IIRC a false Mami gets very risque pictures printed in a magazine, and this is shown in a very for-kids show lol

Theres an episode of Chimpui where Wanderyu and Chimpui show Eri magazines featuring her that are in circulation on their home planet (the place where she is a princess by arranged marriage sort of) and the magazines are quite lewd. Obviously a reference by Fujio-san to the sorts of photobooks of his day.
>>
>DOST test
had no idea what this was. quoted from the "Dost test" wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dost_test):

>1. Whether the focal point of the visual depiction is on the child's genitalia or pubic area.
>2. Whether the setting of the visual depiction is sexually suggestive, i.e., in a place or pose generally associated with sexual activity.
>3. Whether the child is depicted in an unnatural pose, or in inappropriate attire, considering the age of the child.
>4. Whether the child is fully or partially clothed, or nude.
>5. Whether the visual depiction suggests sexual coyness or a willingness to engage in sexual activity.
>6. Whether the visual depiction is intended or designed to elicit a sexual response in the viewer.

holy shit what is even the point of this? how can you know the "intention" of someone taking a picture in the past? how can you know the "intention" of the person who owns it?
what if someones daughter has VAGINAl problems and they need to show a picture to the doctor? that already has points 1 and 4, but if that was let off what would happen if it happened to end up on a cp site? would it then be considered for the rest of the points? WHOSE INTENTION IS BEING CONSIDERED?

this has to be just a way to make these obviously hamfisted legal convictions seem legit because you could probably take any picture ever taken of a child and find a way to fit it under one of these criteria. this world is so fucking gay ヽ(`Д´)ノ
>>
>>6. Whether the visual depiction is intended or designed to elicit a sexual response in the viewer.
in other words, u get v& if the judge-san gets b0nar from the picz
>>
>has VAGINA problems and they need to show a picture to the doctor?

This actually happened once, a man sent a photo via Gmail to his pediatrician and google reported him to the feds. :glare1: :sweat3:

You wanna know why there has been such a crackdown on young bitches in recent times? Especially in western nations.

>what if someones daughter has VAGINAl problems and they need to show a picture to the doctor?

Google's AI "CSAM" detector has already automatically banned and reported at least one parent to law enforcement in this exact scenario. The father was investigated and cleared of any wrongdoing, and Google still refused to reinstate the parent's account even after this became known.

https://www.techspot.com/news/95729-google-refuses-reinstate-account-man-after-flagged-medical.html

This is especially shitty when you consider that people tie everything to their Google accounts these days. He would have lost access to so many different logins etc., and his phone had automatically uploaded the pictures to his Google drive, which is how the bot scanned them in the first place. Remember the antitrust case against Microsoft when they were accused of monopolizing web browsers? That attempt at cornering the market seems quaint compared to what the tech oligarchs are doing today, and yet little is being done about it.

And yes, CP laws are overly broad and vague, and depends entirely on the opinion of the authorities as to what defines it. It's the same thing with obscenity laws (which still exist). "I know when I see it" is the difference between legal and illegal. If the police and prosecutor had been just a little moar retarded he would have been put on trial.

i imagined... i meant cute ones, wasnt planning to actually listening to the songs, LOL

>>
>>158212
I sure am glad I'm a fetishfag, deshu.
I've seen hundreds of videos of lolis acting out my fetish unintentionally, with no fear of being raped by the feds because it's not studio/CIA produced porno I have to go on a sketchy tor site to find. Well, at least, it used to be that way, before youtube stole tiktok's shtick and made it so kids who'd normally uploaded videos of themselves.... acting out the fetish I'm partial to, put retarded sampled audio from some popular video over their own audio.
For the guys here who actually watch illegal stuff, is there even such a thing as studio produced CP that goes into weird fetish territory?
