Goro walks out the house and goes towards the tall grass but is stopped by an elderly gentleman who takes us back to the lab and he mentions that we can have a choice between these 3 pokemon Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle. I'm thinking Squirtle.

Alright Squirtle it is, Also I've basically already got a good idea on what our end game team is going to look like.

First battle for Squirtle was relatively Harmless. Bulbasaur scored two crits in a row but kept spamming growl after it and I eventually got a crit so our first win against faggy.

Alright after whipping Faggy, Goro travelled all the way to viridian city to collect a parcel for Oak. he returns to pallet town and gets 5 poke balls for his troubles. Now off to pewter city to collect the first gym badge.

Faggy attempts to one up us by telling his sister not to give us a town map. Unfortunately little does he know his family hates him and his sister is a part of the Goro fan club. So we've got our town map.

After travelling we move forward towards pewter city we now make our way through Viridian Forest where the creepy crawlies make their home.

Goro overcomes the challenges bestowed by the Viridian forest and walks out and eventually reaches pewter city. Our Squirtle has trained to level 12 meaning brock shouldn't be that tough of a match up.

Well now we are fighting brock let's hope this will go over easily and let's hope I don't do something that stupid again

Goro has successfully defeated brock in combat and has gained the Boulder Badge. Now we charge towards Cerulean City to obtain the Cascade Badge from Misty. And I honestly have no idea how we're going to deal with Starmie.

While battling our way through the route before Mt Moon, Our Squirtle has evolved into Wartortle. I'm also catching something in Mt Moon. So that'll be fun.

We've arrived at Mt Moon I'll now proceed to work through the endless horde of Zubat before I find the pokemon that I'm gonna add to my team.

I guess it isn't as rare as I thought. Either way meet Geodude our new member of our team. I know I can't use trade evolutions but Graveler should be strong enough to use through the entire game.

Right now I'm really weak against grass pokemon. Might struggle against the rival fight before Nugget bridge. Still in Mt Moon.

Got wiped out by the super nerd guarding the Fossils going back there to wipe him out.

Alright, After traversing Mt Moon we have arrived at Cerulean City. I'm gonna stop for the rest of the night and pick this back up in the morning. Have a good night.

A good beginning. Geodude crushed his pidgeotto easily. The benefits of being a rock type.

That wasn't as tough as expected Faggy didn't put up any sort of resistance. Now Goro will conquer the nugget bridge.

After clearing the nugget bridge A rocket grunt is attempting to court us into joining the villainous organisation. As a goody two shoes we refuse and get ready to whip him.

Alright this is the 3rd member of the team. Lucklily it wasn't too difficult to catch an Abra our team is starting to take shape.

On our way to bill, Abra has been grinded enough to evolve into Kadabra. Learning confusion it is no longer dead weight.

Goro has reached Bills house. Now we'll help him go into his device to change him back into a human.

After helping bill Goro heads towards the cerulean gym using Kadabra to wipe out the gym trainers he now prepares to fight Misty. The main question now is can we beat Starmie.

Alright, Misty's Starmie is defeated though both Kadabra and Geodude were wiped out. Either way Goro has the Cascadebadge and now it's our job to go and fight LT Surge for his badge.

After beating misty we now go to deal with the Rocket grunt who damaged a property.

Alright, Goro has arrived at Vermillion City with his crew of 3 monsters. I'm gonna stop here for the time being because I've got a lot to do today. I'll continue on later today.

The current party is Geodude, Kadabra and Wartortle. Anyway I'm back and I'll now board the St Anne to get the HM for cut.

After fighting through a myriad of trainers in the ST Anne, We run into Faggy doing a French impersonation. My Kadabra should be able to handle the Ivysaur now. So this shouldn't be too much of an issue.

And with that Geodude Fatally wounded Raticate... Also I'm still taking names for Wartortle, Kadabra and Geodude. The name raters in Lavender Town. We do have
Wartortle = PISSturtle
But the other two still need names.

It's now time to challenge surge though his "puzzle" will probably be the most difficult aspect of this gym.

Well with that "puzzle" out of the way we're taking on the veteran LT Surge. This should be a free win thanks to Geodude.

As easy as 3 digs Geodude has now evolved into Graveler. So we also get the tm for thunderbolt as well.

After backtracking all the way to cerulean city after squashing LT Surge we're now walking towards the rock tunnel. Through this route.

We enter into the pokemon tower to battle our rival yet again. With our new team our pokemon and his should have a hard battle on their hands.

We beat our rival with the power of PISSturtle. and now I think we'll head towards Celadon city to claim Erika's badge and deal with the sketchy team rocket.

While fighting through the route RoidRage the Machop evolved into RoidRage the Machoke. What a poser!

Alright. Goro has arrived in Celadon City, Our team consists of 4 pokemon. I'm gonna attempt to get a dratini at the game corner so if you don't hear from me for a bit that's the reason.

Well I attempted to get the Dratini... It didn't go well. I could already see that would take too much time. So I'll go with plan B. Fight Erika.

After clearing out the gym leaders I have reached Erika. I'll stop here after I beat her and tomorrow I'll focus on beating team rocket and other miscellaneous tasks.

I'm back and now we begin to raid team rocket's hideout. I'm still not giving up on that dratini so I don't know how long it'll take to obtain it.

We've reached the point where we are ready to challenge Giovanni to a pokemon battle. I have a feeling this will be no bother.

Machoke takes out Giovanni's entire team with just it's low kick and with this we get the silph scope.

I felt like I spent a fortune but I got the Dratini from the game corner. Like what happened with the other mons we'll need a name for it.

The final member of the team will be this Gastly. So that's the entire team prepared. Gastly will need a name as well.

After scaling our way through Lavender tower we encounter the spirit of a deceased Marowak.

After beating some rocket grunts Goro successfully frees MR Fuji from the grasps of team rocket and successfully retrieve a pokeflute. And now we're moving down towards Fuchsia city.

On our way to the cycling road we're blocked by a Snorlax. Now that my team is six pokemon I think I'll grind both Dratini and Gastly to evolve them.

Gastly has evolved into Haunter. Just wanna take a moment to say how awesome that sprite is. I think I'll stop here. It gives time for people to come up with names for Haunter and Dratini.

Alright I'm back and Haunter is now Lolihunter. Since Nobody suggested a name for Dratini it's simply gonna be called Space.

Goro returns to the Cycling road on the way to fuchsia city

And now we have finally have arrived at Fuchsia city. Our pokemon have strengthened up quite a bit. I'm gonna go to the neighbouring route to level up my pokemon a little bit.

Dratini has just evolved into Dragonair. Bask in it's beauty.

And now PISSturtle the Wartortle has evolved into Blastoise. Now we only have one evolution remaining.

After the endless grind I go through the safari zone to acquire the gold teeth and I also now possess the HM03.

Now we enter into the Fuchsia city gym to challenge the poison type gym leader Koga and his ninja arts.

And now, We have reached Koga, And our team is looking pretty spicy against the poison type. I'm thinking that I'll lead with Lolihunter to prevent any exploding shenanigans.

Yeah, That wasn't much issue at all I didn't even need to send out Kadabra, Haunter and Graveler were enough.

I have obtained a drink for the guard in Saffron city and he'll now allow us through. I think I'll start with dealing with team rocket because I don't fancy my chances against Sabrina.

And now we've entered the old saffron gym before Sabrina took over the role.

And now we're up against the Karate Master of the dojo. He won't be that difficult hopefully. I'm also hoping to finish this today.

Now we're raiding the Silph co trying to save it from the grasp of team rocket.

Now we've walked through silph co and we run into Faggy just being here randomly. Time to crush him.

His team is quite aggressive with high power pokemon but we won mainly because Haunter with Thunderbolt just wipes out two of his pokemon.

And now we have to battle Giovanni for a second time. I don't think I'll struggle here either honestly.

Giovanni has been crushed with the power of my team. Now we go onto Sabrina where we hope to accomplish >>157662 in the battle

We have reached Sabrina and honestly I don't know how well I'll do cause Psychic pokemon are broken in gen 1.

Agility + Wrap is broken. Sabrina has been beaten. Now we'll have to fight the crazy old science man on a volcanic Island.

We have reached cinnebar Island much harder seafoam islands were a bitch to traverse.

Goro wandered through the cinnebar mansion and eventually discovers the secret key and now we'll go into the Cinnebar gym to fight blaine.

We battle our way through the gym and then reach Blaine. We'll hopefully not have too much difficulty. after Blaine I'll stop here.

I'm back and hopefully I can finish this today. We'll make our way back to viridian city and beat Giovanni.

I have returned to Pallet town and we're going to see our mum.

Now we can deal with the final gym leader.

We have reached Giovanni and now the battle for the final badge is upon us.

For a ground type gym leader his team is notably weak to the type he specializes in. Either way a success we've now got the 8 badges and now we'll march on towards victory road and the Elite four.

But before our fight with the elite four we need to deal with Faggy yet again.

That was surprisingly difficult luckily Space came in and saved the day.

And now we enter the final test where we are getting checked for badges.

That's the second time I've did something that stupid.

The Thunderbadge

The rainbow badge.

So is her job just to sit in the water all day asking people if they got the soul badge. Soundings like it would be mind numbing.

Ditto the Marsh Badge.

Now we're at the Volcano Badge.

Last but not least the earth badge.

We've reached victory road the final dungeon before the elite four I'm probably gonna grind before I fight the E4 cause I'm really under levelled.

Victory Road has been cleared at long last. My pokemon are hideously underlevelled for this but I'll try to beat the elite four without grinding it'll make this a much more challenging proposition.

Now it's time to fight the elite four. Lorelei is probably gonna be really tough. I'm gonna lead with Haunter. Since he's got a good moveset to go up against her pokemon.

Now it's bruno's turn. This one might actually be easy so I'm hoping for the best.

Well Bruno has been crushed by our pokemon's superior fire power.

Now it's a fight against Agatha and her "Ghost type" team. Though all of her mons are of the poison type.

Agatha has been defeated and now we're up against the Dragon type trainer lance.

Here we go

We beat him. Dragonair beating Dragonite adds some neat flavor to it as well.

The final battle against Faggy is upon us. Our team has already crushed his team numerous times throughout our adventure so let's put their metal to the test one final time.

MickJagger takes on his Pidgeot and I'm already liking this type advantage.
