There's a new image editing AI that looks really fun but needs more than 40GB VRAM for the full version. There are quantized models that use as little as 8GB but the results look much worse, it's like running a game on minimum graphics settings.

Didn't some Japanese company have a line of laptops that didn't change it's design for 20 years? Some of them even come with CD-ROM and they have 12th gen processors. Look into those! Or install Gentoo. Or both. Just do what you want, baka!
