It's not all that different from trying to sext an AI. Teh AI doesn't really understand what's happening, it's just putting words together based on probability, or something like that. So eventually it will just output something nonsensical. Teh weirdos never take broader context into consideration!!

I guess the ones you've messaged treat it more like a modern competitive matchmaking video game, where you enter a room with a group of strangers, do whatever it is that you want to have fun out of the server, and leave without talking or expecting to see them again. Or rather they want the most fulfilling horny sex experience without having to talk or interact with other people.

Strange idea, but I wonder if the availability of easy-to-use AI sexbots has changed the way internet people expect roleplays to go. There's also the possible knock-on effects of the 2020s virus outbreak forcing people indoors for extended periods of time, driving them a bit crazy, but that's less important.

That kind of predictability is why AI really isnt as powerful as people think it is. An AI typically wont steer a fantasy story toward goblin sex for instance, unless you tell it to. Where as a human may do that...

doesn't that apply to a lot of humans as well? I know you said a human "may" end up steering roleplay into goblin orgies, but most of the time I get the idea that they won't really do something as outlandish as that.

Of course, I could just be talking nonsense, because I'm not entirely experienced with this It could also be that 99% of the time AI tells you what you want to hear vs 95% of the time a human tells you what you want to hear.

This definitely isn't the right site to discuss this, but in your experience does it seem like the average ERP participant is more "degenerate/depraved" now than in the past? As in the difference of "i baked cookies with my semen in them and you ate one x3" vs "i turn myself into a giant octopus, invading every orifice you have and physically remodelling your body to a more... arousing form >:D"

With image generation AI, unpredictability can be added with wildcards. You can have every danbooru tag, every word in the english language, every word on urban dictionary, etc. in a big text file, then have one or more of those words randomly inserted into the prompt. You could also set a percentage chance of the wildcard activating and how strongly the AI focuses on words added from the wildcard (which can also be a random number), so it can be precisely as unpredictable as you desire. This can surely be done with LLMs too.
