I was gonna start that game, but the torrent I found has no seeders.

I just got through the second level. The claim that it's harder than Celeste doesn't seem particularly unbelievable. It was a while ago that I played Celeste, so I don't have the best memory of its difficulty, but I'd say Celeste's normal levels were easier than this game's so far.
Although it depends on when we considered the games to be cleared. Are the golden strawberries needed? Because if so, this game being more difficult does sound less probable (not that I have gotten the golden strawberries, they just sound incredibly hard, so I'm assuming they are).

The thing about The End is Nigh is that a lot of time the set up of the screen leaves one bedazzled, so it's also about figuring out what to do, not just getting the execution right. While in Celeste i always understood what was expected of me right away

Well, i can't compare the collectibles 1-to-1 since i've gotten a lot more in Celeste. What i will say is that consider the average tumor harder to get than the average strawberry

It's one of the mega tumour areas.
In this screen you have to bounce off the vulture to get enough height to grab the thing circled red. Then you just climb that wall and from there there's a series of linear screens that end in that one.

I just got to the part where you lose tumours when you die.
I'm not sure what happens when it reaches zero, but since it seems to reset when you find a new warp point I'm assuming it will just send you to the beginning of the stage.
If that's the case, considering I found all of the tumours I don't really expect it to make the game any more difficult.

You have to retry the area from the start when it reaches zero. Honestly, i only got like 175 tumors total when i reached The Future and i only noticed the counter going down in the last area ┐(ﾟ～ﾟ)┌
I was thinking about 100% the game, but i just learned all the shit necessary for all the carts and i really don't have the patience necessary

Ending achieved.
I'm missing one extra cartridge. I assume it's in the same place as the previous one but you need to go there while the explosion is happening.
I also have two extra keys, and I'm not sure what they're for (although I think one of them is just a back up key that's there in case you did the entire middle path before unlocking the locks in the previous areas).

I also found a secret are where you only have 20 tumours, so I guess that mechanic will actually come into play now.
