site reopens with co-admin becoming head admin, replaces old software with one that's slower and has his gay webring shit baked in,

I see this now, but for the record I wouldn't say that - all other things he has done aside, the old admin explicitly banned raiding Heyuri on his other site and gave me permission there to enforce that
