If you're looking for more German Gothic/electronic music I recommend Blutengel, check out their song Reich Mir Die Hand.

Not quite the same vibe but maybe try some folktronica like Kupala by TRILTAPE as well

This sounds reminiscent of Neue Deutsch Harte to me. Rammstein is the most popular example of this genre, but but check out Oomph and Die Krupps.
